I have tried reproducing this issue in Chrome and it could not be reproduced there
I have tried reproducing this issue in ungoogled-chromium and it could not be reproduced there
I have tried reproducing this issue in Helium with a new and empty profile using --user-data-dir command line argument and it could not be reproduced there

In Zen mode, sidebar and top bar doesn't get hidden after going to full screen mode
How to Reproduce?
Use this settings:
Go to full screen mode for the browser (can use the hotkey fn + f)
Actual behavior
The top bar and sidebar doesn't hide itself in Zen mode when full screen. Video attached.

Expected behavior
The sidebar and top bar hides itself as described in Zen mode in full screen like how it does when the window isn''t in full screen.
Additional context
I have looked through all open issues and don't see anything similar.
I am not tech savvy and don't know what --user-data-dir or how to use command line.
