Mise is not installed in the devcontainer afaict, before removing the pnpm commands from the devcontainer docs, that should probably be fixed |

Description
might be a bit prescriptive in some places (e.g. devcontainers). maybe add a note in setup.md that all tasks can be run without mise, by inspecting the task in the respective mise.toml file?
