chore: update documentation to use mise commands

Description

might be a bit prescriptive in some places (e.g. devcontainers). maybe add a note in setup.md that all tasks can be run without mise, by inspecting the task in the respective mise.toml file?

Installs as a separate app (applicationId app.alextran.immich.pr28515), so it coexists with the Play Store version and any other PR builds.

Mise is not installed in the devcontainer afaict, before removing the pnpm commands from the devcontainer docs, that should probably be fixed
