Recover from no script error for async actions

new actions that uses there are these client use lower script to execute.
We want to ensure that even if the scripts are removed they are trying to re-establish a descriptions on the server

Your task is the following

• capture no script error in the execute script function and try to register the scripts all over again and then re-execute
• Check apipeline action that uses a script we need to test for a script error and see that it is recover
