Changes made to the CSS include improving the naming conventions for better readability and adding comments for different sections to organize the code. Color variables have been used consistently with var(--variable-name) to ensure uniformity. Similar styles have been grouped together for better structure, and transition effects and animations have been enhanced for a smoother user experience.
