I utilize go plugin. Each plugin will be a git repo, which will require a main package implements
func NewCmds() *cobra.Commandand a Makefile with plugin build command. I also addedplugins installandplugins useto Starport.plugins installwill readconfig.ymlin the user's project to download and compile plugins. Then users are able to useplugins useto load and use specific plugin.
