Investigate all possible forbidden name for type/message/packet and prevent using them

I found out logger cannot be used for a type name because it generates the following error when running the chain:
../../x/ibcdex/keeper/keeper.go:46:17: Keeper.Logger redeclared in this block

We must report every incorrect them and append them in the current list of forbidden names
