Scaffolded simulation file is incorrectly spelled

Describe the bug

Newly scaffolded chains include a simulation folder with a utility file. This is currently named simap.go and should be renamed to simapp.go or simutil.go. I prefer simutil

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Scaffold a new chain and look in the x/{module}/simulation folder
