Scaffolding a chain with dashes prevents keys from being added to the keyring

Describe the bug
Scaffold a chain with a dash in the name, keys list doesn't show keys.

To Reproduce

starport s chain github.com/cosmonaut/foo-bar

cd foo-bar

starport c serve

foo-bard keys list --keyring-backend test
[]

foo-bard keys list --keyring-backend os
[]

Please provide output of commands
