Expand ImageClient functionality and make the class more generic. (generating new app and image acquisition params)

ImageClient should create a new application and read an image acquisition structure file like dict or json without having to configure an app beforehand.

Overloading the image acquisition during runtime should be possible with selection of creating new application or using exisiting one.

Maybe it could be possible to specify different focus distances for each image when taking pictures. Unfortunately, this distance can currently only be set globally per app, not for different images.

Usage of IO setter and getter functionality from PCIC should be implemented.
