加载预训练模型，提示模型文件没有部分权重

如题，加载模型后提示：Some weights of VLEForVCRQ2A were not initialized from the model checkpoint at checkpoints/vle-base-for-vqa and are newly initialized: ['vcr_q2a_logit.0.bias', 'vcr_q2a_logit.0.weight', 'vcr_q2a_logit.1.bias', 'vcr_q2a_logit.1.weight', 'vcr_q2a_logit.3.bias', 'vcr_q2a_logit.3.weight']。请问是我的操作不对，还是确实没开源这部分参数？
