IRTF info on the "About this RFC" tab should not show Area

IRTF does not have areas, just research groups. Only the IETF has areas.
The expansion of the abbreviation should go in parens.

The area metadata should only show if the rfc is from the ietf stream.

Further, I believe it should only show the document came from a working group (AD sponsored individual submissions don't). See https://www.rfc-editor.org/info/rfc9712 for an example.

"Working group" ideally would be "Research group" when Stream is IRTF.

Pulling what I entered as a comment on that commit up into this issue to make it easier to find:

The datatracker can tell you what kind of group you're seeing.

You should only report area for groups that are type wg or ag (all of those will be IETF stream).

IAB docs should just say IAB stream and not talk about the groups (IAB stream has program and (not completely built out) workshop groups, but we don't need make any corresponding decoration at red yet.

The Independent Stream shouldn't say anything about groups at all. Just say Independent Stream.

The Editorial Stream could say that docs are products of the rswg which has type edwg, but there's only one group contributing to that stream so IMO for the moment all we should say is Editorial Stream.

For Legacy Stream the only thing we should say is "Legacy Stream".
