Add ground temperature (1m) as option to weather data

Most weather sources provide ground temperature data at various depths (5 cm to 1 m). It would be useful to be able to integrate these as optional inputs into the PSDM. IMHO 1m should be included since this suites best the recommended depth for cables (min 80cm).
