The plugin found your running dopus.exe, assumed dopusrt.exe is next to it, and tried to launch C:\Program Files\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\dopusrt.exe but found the file doesn't exist.

dopusrt.exe should always be present in a complete DOpus installation. Could you check whether it exists?
