Switched to "rolling release."

This revision, though three+ years on from the last one, does not have major changes that I recall, just lots of little wording grammer + formatting corrections.

I am no longer building the print version, though it is still very much enabled in the LaTeX makefile if you wish to do so yourself.

Tome 0.7 Released!

This is the culmination of several years of work on the Tome PDF, version 0.7. Too many changes to list or remember since rev 139, but the biggest one is that this is essentially "feature complete," containing as much of the material from the Gaming Den that is considered both balanced and finished.

Secondly, there are two PDF files in this release - one intended for printing out, which has a serif font and links colored black to match the text, so the entire document can be printed out on a black and white printer, and used. There is a second file, Tome-Web, that has colored links and a sans-serif font, for better usability on electronic screens.
