Not available in the Backend for Editor

TYPO3 10.4.15
PHP 7.3

For an Backend Editor with a separate Uploadfolder (TSconfig = options.defaultUploadFolder = 2:content/company1/) from a Usergroup the "Add media from Unsplash" Button is not available/ not visible.
For the admin everything works as it should.

Have I possibly overlooked something.
