This change removes the uv.lock file from Git tracking and adds it to the .gitignore file. This ensures that while the lock file remains locally for development, it is no longer committed to the repository.

Steps taken:

  1. Appended uv.lock to .gitignore.
  2. Ran git rm --cached uv.lock to remove it from the index.
  3. Committed the changes with the message chore: remove uv.lock from version control.
  4. Verified that uv.lock is still present on the filesystem and is ignored by Git.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14097484566979686500 started by @idanmoradarthas

- Added `uv.lock` to `.gitignore`
- Removed `uv.lock` from Git tracking using `git rm --cached`
- Verified that `uv.lock` remains on disk but is no longer tracked by Git
