배포 문서에 남은 구버전 설치 예제 때문에 0.18.1 발행 검사가 실패했다. 기존 태그를 유지하고 모든 현재 설치·collector 핀을 맞춘 새 버전을 발행한다.
새 릴리스의 설치 핀 수정과 발행되지 않은 이전 태그의 SQL 수정 기록을 분리해 원래 변경 이력을 보존한다.

Release 0.18.1 stopped before publishing because docs/DEPENDENCIES.md still instructed users to install plugin 0.18.0. Prepare a new immutable 0.18.2 release with synchronized dependency, compiler collector, and README pins; retain the existing 0.18.1 tag. Product implementation is unchanged and includes the merged SQL table-valued-function fix.
Validation: reproduced the original archive documentation failure; the newly built 0.18.2 archive passes documentation validation, reports the correct version, and passes the complete CLI contract. Existing 0.18.1 product CI and release reproducibility/fixture checks passed; new current-head CI and release workflow remain required. GLM reviewed the public forward-only metadata correction and dependent isthmus manifest.
