api gw commands aren’t supported yet

npm openwhisk supports the api gw route management package to crud APIs against the gateway but that’s not integrated with the shell yet.

thanks for pointing this out. i think they're actually there, but i didn't add them to the usage model, and so the usage validator is fubaring their execution. i'll add them now (to the usage model); that's a small piece of work; then it'll be wsk routes
