Left the existing Redis YAML files using REDIS_IMAGE variable from recipes intact.
Based on https://doc.ibexa.co/en/4.6/getting_started/requirements/#clustering for v4.6 and linked story.
For QA:
OSS, Headless, Commerce now have: Redis 7.2.
Experience has Redis 4.0 & 5.0 also.
