feat(board): reply detail view, brought to main (0.9.3) - #28

…first (0.9.3) A Needs-you row with a reply draft shows Reply ready, the first line of the original Slack message, who and when, and one Open button; the draft is not in the list. Open (or a click on any row) shows a dialog on the Board: the original message in full, the thread replies oldest first, then the Lead's editable draft with Send to thread, Done without sending and Ignore. Send posts /items/reply/send once and shows the sent reply's link. Rows without a draft open the same view with their own actions. /needs entries carry the item's text, user, ts_float, replies and last_thread_check_at for it.

PR #27 was merged into feat/board-digest-top after #26 had already merged to main, so its commit never reached main. This PR carries that one commit (3856c02) to main. No new changes.
