[Enhancement] Add document type for cv/resume

Description

It isn't clear today how to create a CV or resume using quarkdown.

Thanks! This has been in the backlog for a while. Rather then a doctype, I can see a library. Considering that for the next release!

For the time being, doctype paged + some .row layouts will do.
