Code Review

This pull request adds a 'Built with Jules' badge to the README.md file. The change is straightforward. I've suggested a minor improvement to simplify the badge's URL by removing a redundant query parameter, which cleans up the Markdown without altering the badge's functionality.

The link query parameter in the shields.io URL is redundant because the entire badge is already wrapped in a Markdown link pointing to the same destination. Removing this parameter will make the URL cleaner without affecting functionality.
