As far as I can see, the code in this repository was created during your work at the Friedrich Miescher Institute (FMI), so technically, the copyright owner is the FMI (while the authorship stays with @i-namekawa, obviously).

Would you be fine with changing the license accordingly, to accurately reflect the legal situation?
