• implement possibility to select the resolution even in dtlogin mode so that ThinLinc, rdp, vnc, etc. connections can be explicitly opened in window mode instead of forcing full-screen for all dtlogin driven connections. Now a user can choose to open the connection in a window instead so that within a windows thinclient environment users can have more flexibility on how to open remote connections.
• fix mxe cross-compile settings in Makefile
• use Qt native QHostInfo::localHostName() instead of gethostname() to keep qutselect portable.
