SPIKE: Run the daily refresh on the "archive" DB #464
Description
In order to avoid the extra load on the production DBs, explore the possibility of running the report process (H's and LMS's) in the archive DBs instead.
- Run
create_from_scratchon the archive DB for the H DB - Run
create_from_scratchon the archive DB for the LMS DB - Point the report refresh to the archive DBs.
