- Remove all {{PLACEHOLDER}} values from SECURITY.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, and CONTRIBUTING.md with actual project values
- Update STATE.scm with comprehensive roadmap (v0.1.0-v1.0.0)
- Update META.scm with shift-ssg specific architecture decisions
- Update ECOSYSTEM.scm with proper project positioning and adapter info
- Verify all 28 SSG adapter files pass syntax checks
- Simplify PGP section (GitHub Security Advisories as primary method)
