What are the backwards compatibility guarantees for guest binaries?

If I have a guest binary compiled with an older hyperlight_guest, will it run in a newer hyperlight_host?
In particular, I see there have been a few changes in outb.rs in the last few months.

I don't think we ever made any promises here, we should maybe think about allowing/enforcing this.
