- Adds tox.ini config files for projects missing it - Pushes the .gitignore patterns into a global .gitignore file - Removes the .readthedocs.yml config file so these are only controlled by admins in the RTD UI as these settings can unintentionally, and quitely break doc builds Signed-off-by: Brett Logan <brett.t.logan@ibm.com>
