EIP-7928- Block-level Access Lists : Add more perfect parallelization tests

Currently, parallelization BAL is tested with unit tests, but it would be interesting to add integration tests, perhaps using the existing AbstractBlockProcessorIntegrationTest class.

We need to determine the best way to generate BALs and data needed for testing and consider the various tests required to achieve comprehensive parallelization coverage.
