Bonsai Tries JSON RPC Testing

We should set up testing for JSON RPC using Bonzai Tries. Specifically, we need to update the expected JSON RPC responses for API calls against the Bonzai Tries DB format and ensure we have test coverage across every call. Ideally, we should create a separate repository with scripts for testing, like we did for the TRACE APIs.

First, let's get the unit tests to run in both Bonsai and Forest mode.
