Setup Hermes and its deployment #4
Description
TL;DR Hermes is the orchestrator and scheduler for the Agents. It is responsible for managing how the agents are defined, when they are run, and how they run (see the details at https://nico-hyperjump.github.io/mediapulse/scheduler#purpose). This issue is only for setting up the project with the deployment, no logic is needed.
