struct RuleEntry should notify when Evaluate(...) error or Execute(...) error

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to collect metrics and alert when RuleEntry.Evaluate() and RuleEntry.Execute() return error.
After that i can check manual

Need support additional Listeners for struct RuleEntry
OR
RuleEntry should be interface so I can wraped that
