Incorrect resample argument for rest api #82

at line 139 of tiingo/api.py:
'frequency': frequency
at https://api.tiingo.com/docs/tiingo/daily the parameter is specified as 'resampleFreq'
symptom of error is calling TiingoClient with any other frequency than daily returns daily data, the default.
line 139 should be
'resampleFreq': frequency
