[feature] Add Steam shortcut deletion

What

• Added the ability to delete Steam shortcuts via deleteSteamShortcutHandler.
• The Game model now stores the Steam AppID (steamShortcutAppId) for every game added to Steam.
• Added a check when creating shortcuts to update the Game with the AppID if the shortcut already exists.
• This allows Hydra to better track and manipulate Steam shortcut data in the future.

Hi @Moyasee I've noticed that the builds in my pull requests don't include my features, not even simple things like translations.
Is there a problem with the builds?

Or perhaps I need to uninstall the Hydra version I'm using before trying the version built by my pull request?
