Make markdown page model constructor parameters optional

Some pages don't have front matter, and there is no real point having to supply [] when initializing pages. It would give a better developer experience to make an empty array the default, and empty string as the body the default as well.

Update to specify that this is for Markdown pages, as Blade pages never have front matter.
