Some characters in the title of card sets prevent the set from being downloaded

Reproduce by adding a character with a macron, an accute accent, or a grave accent (é, è or ē for exemple) in the title of the card set and then try to download in any format. 

This is used in some foreign languages such as french, latin, spanish etc. 

This will cause the page to not download the file and won't show any error messages from what I've tested.
