This PR merges the latest version of the PowerShell deployment script into the Datto RMM deployment script, re-introduces the
reregisterAgentandreinstallAgentenvironment variables, adds environment variables forrepairAgentanduninstallAgent, adds an environment variable forHUNTRESS_TAGS, and updates the component script package.
