Monorepo skeleton & build setup (phone-app + watch-app)

What to build

Establish the base monorepo structure containing both the Android phone application (phone-app/ using Kotlin, Gradle, Android SDK) and the Huawei Lite Wearable application (watch-app/ using JS/ArkTS for Huawei Watch GT5). Configure basic build tooling, dependencies (Google Play Services Location, Huawei Wear Engine SDK), signing configs / keystores templates, and environment variable handling for Google Maps API keys.

Acceptance criteria

• phone-app/ builds cleanly via Gradle with dependencies for Google Maps Platform, Google Play Services Location, and Huawei Wear Engine SDK.
• watch-app/ project structure is valid for Huawei DevEco Studio (Lite Wearable template) and builds cleanly into a .hap package.
• Secrets and API keys are read from local environment/properties files and excluded from git.
• Base documentation/README outlines local setup and build steps for both apps.

Resolved in commit 4e6807b. Established base monorepo structure with Android phone application (Gradle 8.13, AGP 8.7.3, Kotlin 2.0, Wear Engine SDK, Google Maps) and Huawei Lite Wearable application for Watch GT5.
