Use per_page rather than number when querying taxonomies #5

👋🏻 With number as 100, my environment was still only returning a maximum of 10 taxonomies. (8 once filtered) After switching to per_page, I see all of my expected taxonomies.

The root issue is how getTaxonomies() and friends are built. I've defaulted to -1 in other projects just to make sure everything shows up. Related: WordPress/gutenberg#15413 (comment)

Nice one @jeremyfelt - I think I ran into that same issue but perhaps in a different plugin, good to know the solution!
