Open method

"Currently Modaal only supports a close method which can be called like so."
Why does it only support close instead of supporting open & close ? open method is useful when we want to trigger the modaal's open programatically

You can trigger the modaal to open like $("#my-modaal").trigger("click");

@danhumaan : Thank you for responding Dan! Maybe it's also for flexibility. Hmm i think, adding open makes the methods more complete and semantic

It's been a long time coming, but thank you to everyones patience while we look for opportunities to continue to work on Modaal. As of the next release there will be a new method for opening modals via $('.trigger').modaal('open'). Thank you @james2doyle for your PR which was the basis for this implementation.
