Make whether the firmwares are advertised or not configurable

On a datacenter network it's extremely likely that there's a lot of the same devices and generally the access will be very defined without random users coming and going like on say public wifi so allow the system admin to be able to define the details of what's advertised as they may wish for a firmware to be advertised so other machines on the network can make use of the firmware even though the device advertising the firmware hasn't had a maintenance window to apply their own firmware update.
