It could be nice to add some more docs on finding suitable datasets for different training approaches. I've started by linking to a collection of DPO-style datasets updated daily using https://huggingface.co/spaces/librarian-bots/dataset-column-search-api. If you think it makes sense, I can add links to other collections of datasets suitable for different training approaches.
