Adding note for private models in quick-tour document #2548

This PR adds a note and a hyperlink to the Serving Private & Gated Models page inside the Quick Tour page.

Since ‘Quick Tour’ serves as a landing page for many beginners, this addition will help those looking to serve their private or gated models locally.

The docs for this PR live here. All of your documentation changes will be reflected on that endpoint. The docs are available until 30 days after the last update.
