The `tabular_regression` and `tabular_classification` methods in `InferenceClient` don't use the default model name

Describe the bug

When an InferenceClient is constructed with a model name, it is expected that this model name does not need to be provided when calling the inference method, such as .tabular_regression()

This is the case for all of the methods, except for .tabular_regression() and .tabular_classification()

Reproduction

from huggingface_hub import InferenceClient

client = InferenceClient("scikit-learn/tabular-playground")
client.tabular_classification([[1, 1]])
