Add Korean Translation

This PR adds Korean translations to the LLM Evaluation Guidebook.

Translated files:

• translations/ko/...

In the translation process, I followed these principles:

• Maintained the markdown format
• Provided both Korean translations and original English terms for technical vocabulary
• Preserved all links and image references

I plan to add more Korean files (If needed :-) ) in the future and welcome any feedback.

저는 Hugging Face 공식 문서 번역에 기여하고 있는 정우준이라고 합니다. 동료 기여자분들과 함께 transformers, huggingface_hub 등의 문서를 꾸준히 번역하고 있습니다.

이번에 리뷰 요청을 받아 문서를 살펴보았는데요, 몇 가지 제안을 드리고자 합니다!
번역 분량이 많고, 일부 내용은 조금 더 자연스럽게 다듬으면 좋을 것 같아 전체 리뷰에는 시간이 다소 걸릴 수 있을 것 같습니다.

그래서 아래 두 가지를 부탁드리고 싶습니다!

1. PR을 contents의 하위 폴더 단위로 나눠서 올려주시면 좋겠습니다.
   예를 들어 automated-benchmarks, examples 등으로 나누어 주시면 리뷰도 빠르게 진행되고, 각 PR이 순차적으로 머지되기에도 훨씬 수월할 것 같습니다.

2. 기계 번역처럼 어색한 부분이 조금 보였습니다.
   가능하다면 각 문서를 한 번씩 다시 읽어보시고, 자연스럽게 다듬어 주시면 정말 감사하겠습니다.
   너무 부담 갖지 않으셔도 되구요, 저와 저희 팀원들이 꼼꼼하게 리뷰해서 도와드릴 예정입니다! 함께 멋진 번역 문서를 만들어가면 좋겠습니다! 😊
