[UPDATE] Translate to Korean

Hi there! Thanks for launching the agent course!

I'm interested in contributing to the course by translating it into Korean.
Are there any specific translation guidelines I should follow?
Or would it be okay to follow the translation flow of transformers repo ?

If I'm allowed to start the translation, my first steps would be:

• Creating a ko folder under units/ko
• Adding _toctree.yml
• Notifying the Korean Hugging Face community and asking for help!

Or if this project has already been started, plz let me know :)
