Major documentation redesign and agent capability updates.

• Docs restructure: New "Tools" section (computer, coding, filesystem, memory, web, grounding, agents), revamped quick-links (models, environments, deploy, evals), expanded advanced testing (variants, groups, mock mode), new platform pages, and CLI refs (deploy, link, enhanced eval, updated overview). Removed/merged old gateway and ab-testing pages.
• Cookbooks: New OpenCode agent guide; Codex guide rewritten with clearer local/hub modes and automatic native tool conversion.
• Examples: Added 07_opencode_agent.py; revised Codex example; updated multiple examples to use model (not checkpoint_name) and create_agent, plus minor API/usage tweaks.
• Agents (core change): Introduced CategorizedTools, agent_type, native tool spec resolution (resolve_native_spec) with model checks and role-based mutual exclusion, and categorize_tools; exported new types in hud.agents.

Risk: Medium — agent tool resolution logic changes could affect which tools register natively; otherwise primarily documentation and example updates.
