Deprecate command module, add misc module to replace
Includes safety features to prevent modules from being loaded from the profiles directory to limit the potential impact a nefarious user would have with access only to the profiles directory
Separate nova modules and profiles
Keeps logs less verbose
Cleaning every time will hit the master harder. We can explicitly clean it out if we need to.
Turn off sync cleaning by default, reduce verbosity of grep failures in logs
