enhancement: add app support for GHBranchProtectionBuilder Restrictions

Hi,
As it stands the api offers, restrictions for users, teams, but app slugs cannot be added to the definition.
Would it be possible to add this?
I checked and currently other endpoints for gihub apps do exist.
