Add tests for quirks mode detection

As quirks mode and limited-quirks mode detection are both defined in the spec, may contain a lot of edge cases and can have pretty far-reaching implications down the line depending on the way the parsed HTML is processed, some tests should be added here.

This was also discussed in inikulin/parse5#305.
